smArt in medicine- a new era

Can we leverage uncertainty as a space for discovery and collaboration? Creative problem solvers delineate what is known versus unknown and can map effective ways forward. This type of critical thinking requires close observation, and interacting with visual art is a powerful, practice-based experience that teaches how to look effectively. Alexa Miller uses arts-based experiential learning opportunities to enable leaders, practitioners, and teachers in healthcare to be more effective and mindful in uncertainty. The event will be held in the Mellucci Theater, Roger and Francine Jean Student Center at Saint Anselm College. All are welcome.

This project is funded in part by a New Hampshire Humanities Community Project Grant.
